The service

Tracking Awards is a tool for finding legal award and ranking opportunities, tracking their deadlines, and coordinating submissions with your team. We may improve, change or add features over time.

Deadlines and award information

We work hard to keep award information accurate, but we can't guarantee it. Deadlines come from publishers' own announcements, and dates that haven't been announced are labeled that way. Publishers can still change dates, rules and requirements without notice, so always check the publisher's page before you submit. Tracking Awards isn't affiliated with the publishers it lists, can't guarantee any outcome, and doesn't provide legal advice.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you think someone else has used it.
• Firm admins are responsible for who they invite and for their team's use of the service.
• Don't misuse the service: no trying to access other firms' data, breaking security, scraping the catalog, or using it for anything unlawful.

Free trial, plans and billing

• New firms get a 14-day free trial. No card is required to start.
• After the trial, a subscription is $30 per month or $280 per year, plus any applicable taxes. Prices are shown before you pay.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime in Settings. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't give refunds for partial periods unless the law requires it.
• If we change prices, we'll tell account admins at least 30 days before the change applies to your next renewal.

Your content

You own the notes, files, answers and other content you add. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. You're responsible for having the right to upload what you add.

Our content

The Tracking Awards software, design and award catalog belong to us. You may use them for your firm's own award work while you have an account, but not to build a competing product or redistribute the catalog.

Ending your account

You can stop using Tracking Awards at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or doesn't pay, and we'll try to give notice first when we reasonably can.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed award or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California. If we update these terms, we'll change the date above and notify account admins of material changes before they take effect. Questions? Email support@trackingawards.com.
