Who it's for
Formal nominations are made by attorneys licensed and practicing in the state, based on firsthand knowledge. Self-nominations and campaigning are prohibited; in-firm nominations require at least as many out-of-firm nominations. Rising Stars candidates must be age 40 or younger or in practice 10 years or less. Do not treat a nomination as guaranteed selection.
